This text generator takes advantage of a set of unicode characters called mathematical alphanumeric symbols.
It's important for styles in mathematical equations to remain consistent regardless of where they're placed—because an italic b might mean somthing different to a bold 𝗯 or a fraktur 𝖇.

You can use boldface to emphasize any text, from a single letter to a whole paragraph. But it works best when used to draw the eye to a specific word or phrase in a block of text.
As a general rule, you should only ever use either italic or bold, and not both.
